I have several decks that have good amount of embedded animations/builds and media (wmv., ani., mov.) that need to play and would like to import it however most of the animations don't come in and some are complex motions and not just straight lines from point a-b animations. Right now iSpring seems to do a better job but I don't have a license and would prefer to keep things in SL360. Is there any plans to support or release an update that could accomdate this?

We also have documentation about how PowerPoint animations work when published using Presenter 360 as well, which is a part of your Articulate 360 subscription:
If you are using a supported animation, then we would want to take a look to understand what you are experiencing. If that's the case, I'd like you to share your Articulate Package with our support engineers. You can share it privately by uploading it here. It will be deleted when troubleshooting is complete.
