Whenever i am trying to use eyedropper to match the colour the eyedropper pen keeps blinking on the screen. And when i click on the desired colour it comes up with the lighter or darker shade. Only after trying a couple of time i can get the same colour and even sometimes i need to copy the colour code and paste it. Anyone has any idea how to fix it?

I tried testing it on my end (version 3.71.29339.0 of Storyline), and it seems accurate and responsive.
Are you experiencing this problem across all of your courses or just this one in particular? Also, are you using a secondary monitor? I found some other users who ran into a similar issue that was caused by having a multiple monitor setup.
