I am on a Mac with parallels, have word on the Mac and a windows version in parallels, but can't publish to word...In fact when I try the screen freezes and I have to do a forced quit. Have worked with my university IT folks and they can't figure it out. Help!
I am using Office 365 and publishing to my machine. This has happened in multiple files where I have tried to publish. JS

I took a look at Jane's case and it appears it was related to some system settings she had specific to using a shared profile with her Mac/Windows environment.
I'd suggest you start by following the best practices outlined here for working within a Mac setup, and if you're still running into trouble go ahead and connect with our Support Team for some one on one help!
