publishing to word on storyline on Mac with parallels

• Are you running a supported version of Word on Windows: Microsoft Word 2016 or 2019 (32-bit or 64-bit) or Microsoft Office 365 (desktop apps only).
• Are you publishing and saving to your local hard drive (typically your C: drive) rather than a network drive?
• Does this happen with every file you try to publish or just one?
  • If it's one file, import the slides into a new project, and try publishing.
  • If it happens with all files, try a quick repair.

I am using Office 365 and publishing to my machine. This has happened in multiple files where I have tried to publish. JS

I took a look at Jane's case and it appears it was related to some system settings she had specific to using a shared profile with her Mac/Windows environment.
