I have one training that is not passing back quiz second attempt scores to the LMS. I have it set as pass/incomplete. Is there a quiz, player, or publish setting I may have over looked?

Is this only happening with one course? It's up to the LMS if they'll accept another score and update it accordingly within the tracking. If you're able to record second-attempt scores with other courses, then the issue is likely specific to this file.
