Errors in the Quiz Review Feature
Hi Team,
I'm using Storyline 360 and have developed a course that includes several quiz questions. However, I’ve encountered an issue when using the Review Quiz feature. Regardless of the learner’s score, each question slide displays the learner’s selected answer correctly—but a red "Incorrect" message appears at the bottom of every slide, even when the answer was right.
Is there a way to correct this issue without disabling the review feature?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated—thank you in advance!
What's the "When revisiting" setting in the Slide Properties? If it's "Reset to Initial State," the buttons get deselected, which could make the question incorrect.
From what I've seen, it's best to use "Automatically decide" for question slides. That lets Storyline use its built-in functions for when the user (re)takes or reviews a quiz.

Your screenshot appears to show the learner the correct answer, but I don't see which option the Learner chose to begin with. Do you have it set so the learner has to answer the question before moving to the next?

I agree with Aaron. It does not look like a choice was made. Can you share your file?
