The problem is this. If the learner completes part of an assessment then exits the course back to the LMS, then re-enters it and selects Resume, they are correctly returned to the point in the quiz that exited from, but the score that they attained in the part of the assessment that they previously completed has disappeared. There score starts again and they can't achieve 100%.
I'm using the latest update of SL360 and have published to SCORM 1.2 and testing on SCORM Cloud.
How can I get the score to persist across sessions?
Quiz scores definitely shouldn't reset when you resume a course, so I'm glad you reached out about this!
I created a short sample quiz in Storyline 360 and hosted it on SCORM Cloud. Could you test this course and let me know if you run into the same problem? The resume and scoring worked correctly in my testing.
I'd also be interested in testing your file if you don't mind sharing it with me!
Since this is an older post and there have been many updates since then, I want to ask you some follow-up questions to understand better how to help you.
Can you explain in more detail the issue you are running into?
Does this issue happen with every .story file or one particular file?
Have you tried testing your course in SCORM Cloud?

Hi Alyssa, I've only just seen your response but the link no longer works. Could you send another please.
Thanks,
Nick
Absolutely, Nick!
Here's a new link to a simple Storyline 360 quiz in SCORM Cloud.
And in case you'd like to test the output on your LMS, I've attached that here, as well.
