I am working with a newly downloaded Trial Version of Storyline360. I'm practicing making a short video from slides. When I try to Publish the slides as a Video I get the error message: An unexpected error occurred while publishing to video. If the problem persists contact support.
My short demo practice is only 4 slides for now. I've attached the file.
I'd also like to add that when publishing your project file, you'll want to make sure that you're working locally and not directly on a network drive. If the issue persists, try doing a repair of your Storyline 360 installation, and if that doesn't work, feel free to reach out to our support team here!
Thank you Michael and Joe. I changed my UserAccountControl to Off, rebooted my PC, put my UAC back to the normal setting and then I was successfully able to publish my video after I reinstalled Storyline. Thanks for your help!

Hm, I published your file as a video and it worked for me. Maybe restart Storyline and/or Windows and try again.
