I have created a course with "Always Resume" feature and with not standard navigation button, the learner will navigate to the specific page based on the topics they selected on second page
If they select any topic and proceed to the next page, they will have few buttons to view some content
This was published in CSOD, for one of the learner after selecting the topic, he couldn't see any button to proceed further
I want to know how to rest the progress of a learner in CSOD

I'd recommend first testing the course in SCORM cloud to see if the same behavior occurs. If it does, then it would be helpful to take a look at your project. If the course works as expected in SCORM cloud, then you'll want to reach out to Cornerstone LMS to see if they've seen this issue before.
