Responsive issue in Mobile
Jan 02, 2020
Hello,
I am facing issue with the storyline output. I have a simulation course which I should show case in mobile. When I trying to enter text in input field, Key board is appearing in mobile. This keyboard is covered 80% space and the course is not visible clearly. Can any one one help me to resolve this issue. I am looking for solution.
When keyboard is appears, course should not respond responsive. It keyboard should be in part of publish.
Thank you.

Hi there, Naresh. Happy to dive in!
What device and OS are you using to view the published output? Also, are you comfortable with attaching your course publicly here or privately here? I'd love to test the file in a similar environment, and will delete it after!
It is MI device.
MIUI 10
Android 6
Thank you for that screenshot, Naresh. Very helpful!
The behavior is a match to an open issue we're looking into where using a text-entry field on an Android device shrinks the slide. I know this is impacting your course, so I promise to keep you posted on our progress with this bug.
Let me know if there's anything else I can do. I'm happy to help!
Thank you for your support. I am looking for immediate solution for above issue as I am facing some urgent requirement. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Thanks again!
Good morning, Naresh!
I'll update our team on how this bug is impacting your work and keep you posted on any new developments. As we continue to investigate, we're happy to help you one-on-one here, too!
In mobile, after clicking on the entry field, player is moving out of the screen area. Please find the attached sample reference files.
Please resolve this as soon as possible.
Hi Naresh,
Thanks for sharing your file, and I'm sorry to hear you're running into this issue! I tested your course, and while I wasn't able to replicate the player moving out of the screen area, I did notice some odd screen movement when I tried to scroll down.
From here, I'm going to enlist our support engineers' help, so we can best troubleshoot what's happening behind the scenes. You should receive an email from the team shortly, and I'll follow along to share any relevant insight here!
Hi Gomez,
Thanks for your support. I have received and replied to mail with screen record. This will help you to analyze the issue.
Please check the below link for same issue raised two years ago.

Did a solution ever come out of this? I am facing the same thing.
Hi Paul,
Thanks for the follow-up. Unfortunately, this is still an open issue with our team, and to help you plan, it's unlikely to be fixed in the next few updates.
I'm sorry this is affecting you as well, but we'll be sure to pop in when there are any updates to share.
Thanks Ren
Any solution to this? I am facing the same issue too. All is good to go, except for the textbox! **sad**
I encountered similar issues and fixed them by creating normal HTML elements and adding them to a WebObject. They work properly on mobile devices. Articulate really needs to fix this...but if you need a workaround now... this is it.
