SCORM Package Won't load in, return to LMS

My SL360 Scorm packages won't play from the LMS (it continues the "loading" circle unless you right-click the screen, which I don't understand at all) and when the SCO does load and complete, does not return you to the LMS (Have to close the course and re-open). I have republished several times, but in trying to reload the SCORM package to the LMS, I receive this error:
- cvc-datatype-valid.1.2.1: '0_Crisis_Care_and_Counseling_Introduction_ORG' is not a valid value for 'NCName'.
- cvc-attribute.3: The value '0_Crisis_Care_and_Counseling_Introduction_ORG' of attribute 'default' on element 'organizations' is not valid with respect to its type, 'IDREF'.
- cvc-datatype-valid.1.2.1: '0_Crisis_Care_and_Counseling_Introduction_ORG' is not a valid value for 'NCName'.
- cvc-attribute.3: The value '0_Crisis_Care_and_Counseling_Introduction_ORG' of attribute 'identifier' on element 'organization' is not valid with respect to its type, 'ID'
How in the world do I fix this?

Since this only happens when you upload the project to your LMS, the first step is to rule out LMS-specific issues. You can do this by testing your project in SCORM Cloud.
I also recommend (just as a guess, based on the error you received) shortening the title and not using a number as the first character. Here are some additional guidelines for titles.
If it works as expected in SCORM Cloud, I advise you to contact your LMS for their recommendations and additional information.
