This is not an item that is currently included in the Manage Team console. I took a quick look, and I see you on an individual plan, which will not allow you to swap seats as you can on a Teams Account.

hello, yes, i have an individual plan, but i manage a team of 7 seats. when investigating whether i change my plan to a team member rather than individual, i just wanted to make sure i understood the implications of this.
Another question i have is, i read that if you have 10 seats in your team, you can make 20 transfers per year, which doesn’t make it clear, can you pool the transfers for the team or are they locked to each seat? Thanks!
Thanks for the follow-up! To help clarify, it's a pool of transfers for the team and not particular to a specific seat. So in the example you shared, you can make up 20 transfers per year on any seat. I hope that helps!
