Signing In to articulate 360

Why is it I keep getting logged out and articulate asks me to log back in When I'm already logged in, It then sends me to a webpage to download the app, but I already have it on my computer.

This has happened on several occasions now and it is becoming very frustrating. I am unable to complete my tasks.

Could somebody tell me why this is happening?

To align with the latest security best practices, the Articulate 360 desktop app uses your default web browser to sign in.

  1. Please close the desktop app and Quit via the system tray:
  2. Restart the machine and try to sign in again.

 

Are you able to log in to 360.articulate.com?
