We worked in a storyline file that our client shared with us to update voiceover audio and animations. It's a fairly simple storyline file, with each slide having graphics that are timed to voiceover audio. The slides all advance automatically and revisit state is set to automatic.
It is in their LMS and some of the user are having issues with it "hanging up" on one or two of the slides in the module. They tell us for some people it works fine, other people it hangs up, and for others it hangs up but then will work if they open it on their iPad.
Any thoughts on why this might be happening? Nothing seems off in the file.
I have had reports from my client of this happening, and it has alway been when I've used the "classic" player and having the revisit state set to automatic. Per what I read elsewhere here, I try to avoid using the classic player, and set all slides to "reset" (other than quiz questions).

It looks like they have it set to the Modern player, but maybe it's the automatic revisit that's the issue.
