Speech callout shape point cannot be moved or selected

Is anyone else experiencing trouble trying to adjust the speech callout shape in SL3. When the shape is created from the Insert shape the speech point can be adjusted, but only once. After that the point cannot be selected even though the select indicator (the tiny box) is there.  Any ideas what is wrong? The other callouts I used on the second slide seem fine???

I have also found that the delete key does not work on objects in SL3. It works inside text, but not to delete objects. I am using SL3 in Parallels on a Macbook Pro.  To delete objects I have to use the F keys delete key. The delete key works just fine in other programs like Powerpoint and Word.

Why can't I re-adjust the Oval Callout shape?
 
I'm sorry that you ran into an issue where the Oval Callout shape pointer can no longer be adjusted once it's stretched out! We have reported it to our team as a bug, and continue to keep an eye on it to evaluate how many customers are impacted and what impact it has on courses.
 
In the meantime, you can use the Oval Caption in the Caption drop-down to be able to re-adjust as needed!
 
Why doesn't my Delete key not delete in Storyline?
 
This is expected behavior when using a Mac. To delete, you'll have to use the fn+delete combination, or you can just right-click on the object and select Cut.
