Storyline 3 lightbox freeze

I have a training with two lightboxs. The first works no problem, the second freezes when you try to close - but only with half my test group.
It is published Tin Can to LMS (Absorb) - myself and Absorb support can run the training with no issue. Two others have the freeze issue. We are using Chrome.
Anyone else experience or have ideas? I hate the idea of having to remove the lightbox, but this training enrollment starts today, so I have no additional production wiggle room.

Hi, Barbara. Let's see if we can sort what's happening with that other lightbox!
Are you comfortable with sharing your .story file with me for testing? That way, I can publish it on my end and test it in SCORM Cloud–a free, industry-standard testing LMS tool.
If that works for you, you can upload the project privately by using this link. I'll delete it after troubleshooting!
I realized that I did actually have three lightboxes in my training (two lightboxes on the same slide), so it would have been the third lightbox that triggered the freeze. I saw this was an issue with 360.
I republished and all lightboxes seem to be working correctly now.

I'm having a similar problem no matter where I publish (Review360, SCORMCloud, and preview in Storyline). The second time a lightbox (any lightbox) launches, the course freezes.

I see you're working with my teammate Ronaziel, who identified and logged this issue as a bug. The good news is we'll be addressing this bug in an upcoming update.
