I have been asked to make a Storyline course accessible. After researching and testing, it has come to my attention that the in-house built in menus for Storyline 360 are not accessible. We can tab to the word "Menu" but cannot tab down to any of the items in the menu. Please advise.
If I'm only using the keyboard, I can use the MENU. However, once I turn on JAWS, I can open the MENU, but I cannot arrow key though it. This happens with both the Classic and Modern players. I am using the latest Chrome and Storyline 360 (3.50). Please let me know if you are having the same issue.

Hello Shannon,
Thanks for contacting us to share your concerns about the Menu Accessibility.
We can tab to the word "Menu" but cannot tab down to any of the items in the menu.
Once you have navigated to the menu, you will then use the arrow keys to navigate within that tabbed item.
This documentation explains it a bit better:
The Accessible Player Makes Navigation Easier
I am able to access all slides in my menu for this sample course:

Additional information. I am accessing the MENU from the Topbar Left. I am attaching my test file.
Thanks, Steven.
I'm seeing a similar issue with your published project using JAWS and NVDA.
I've reported this issue to my team. In the meantime, you have a couple of options:
