I created a question bank with 26 questions. The training requires the learner to get 10 random questions and correctly answer them to move on. However, if a learner clicks the submit button after selecting the wrong answer, Storyline doesn't move them on to the next question. Instead, it allows them to change their answer and click submit again (guaranteeing they will get all questions right.) How do I make it so the learner has to answer 10 questions correctly without "hints"?
Can I ask if you've tried limiting the number of attempts that your learners get on question slides to 1? If you haven't yet, here's how to change the number of attempts:
If this doesn't work for you, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can see how your question slides are setup? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
You were right! The number of attempts for each question was set to 2. I changed each slide to have 1 attempt, and it works as needed! Thank you so much for your help!!!!
Thank you so much for helping me with my training, where the learners had multiple attempts to submit their answer. Your answer was correct, in that I had the attempts for each question set to "2". After changing that to "1", it worked as I intended. Thank you so much for taking the time to help me!!!

Hi Meg,
Sounds like you have the number of attempts set to more than one (attached photo). How many feedback layers do you have on the question slide?
