Storyline Video player not working

For several of the courses I am working on right now, when shared in Review my participants can't move the slider on the videos to move forward and backward. When I preview the courses the videos all let me move the slider to skip to different moments in the video.

Is this a Review bug? Will this be resolved once exported as a SCORM file?

Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag.

I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience:

Have you tested the behavior on other browsers? How about in a private/incognito window?
Are you able to replicate the same behavior when you publish your course to Web or LMS?
Do you have the latest version of Storyline 360 installed?

Also, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private through a support case so we can take a look at the behavior?
