Storyline360 Screen Capture not working Correctly...
When I use the screen capture to record my screen, the tool zooms in (this should not be happening) on my screen and records the activity. In addition, it also captures the screen capture settings in the screen recording. Please see attachment.

I'd love to help sort this out! By chance, are you using an external monitor? Oftentimes, we've seen this type of glitch occur when an external monitor is plugged in. If so, would you mind unplugging the monitor while recording and see if that helps?

That was the solution! I also use two monitors. I disconnected monitor 2 from my laptop and recorded the screen capture only in my laptop screen. Voila!
