Survey Answers not going to Blackboard

I have a short course with a Quiz and survey questions. I manage to find some of the answers I need to get the course set up through the discussions. But its still not working right. I have a results slide for the quiz and a results slide for the survey questions and a combined results slide for both. The score for the quiz is showing up in the LMS but the Survey Answers aren't. I have all pick one questions and one short answer question.  I need to survey answers to show up as to what the student chose and the text input answer in Blackboard. Is this possible? Is there something missing in the Articulate 360 file to get the data to show up in Blackboard? If so can you please send me a small project file I can look at. I'm not able to share my file. We've been testing it on blackboard and have not been able to get it to work. Your help is greatly appreciated.
