Where a re the team slides stored?

Hi Vanessa, check out this Teams Slides user guide! You and your team can access shared slides by clicking the Slides tab on the Storyline ribbon, then clicking the Team Slides drop-down arrow.
Let me know if that helps!

Hi. Thanks for the info. I know how to access them, but where are they stored?
Hi Vanessa,
They're stored for access within Storyline, and we're pulling the information about each team slide and who created it from the Articulate 360 Teams account which is stored in our Articulate servers.
They are similar to Content Library assets in your e-learning courses, as they're downloaded and stored in this location on your local computer:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\ArticulateHope that helps!- vanessacasto555Community Member
That explains it. Thanks.

I work with team members in different departments. None of them can see my team slides. How can I get them to access them?

We are in different departments but not able to see the team slides.
Hi Helena,
You'll all need to be on the same 360 Team subscription, and you'll want to follow the steps here to share slides.

I can't seem to find any information whether the owner of a team slide can edit the slide he uploaded. is that possible? Or the only way is to delete and upload?

You can rename them. Otherwise, download, change and upload, but you don't need to delete.
Hi Calvin,
The owner (original author) of a team slide can make all the changes, but others on your team are more limited in what they can do.
Here’s the breakdown of tasks and permissions.
All team members can:
- Share slides with the team
- Create folders in the team slides browser
- Move projects to different folders
- Rename folders and projects
- Delete empty folders
Only the original content owner can:
- Replace a project he or she created with updated slides
- Delete a folder when he or she created all the projects in the folder
- Delete a project he or she created
- Restore a project he or she created then deleted
