Can I ask if you're publishing the Storyline 360 course using the latest version (Build 3.80.30988.0) before adding it to your Rise 360 course? If you are, would you be willing to share a copy of your Storyline 360 project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can test the behavior on our end? We'll delete it when we're done!
Thanks for sharing your project file with me. I published your Storyline 360 course and uploaded it to a sample Rise 360 course but I couldn't get it to jump like the behavior shown in the community thread that you shared. Here's the published Rise 360 course that I used for testing so you can compare our results.
Would you mind accessing the Rise 360 course and letting me know if you are able to replicate it using updated versions of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox? If the issue persists for you, would you be willing to make a Peek 360 recording of the behavior so we can take a closer look at what's happening?
