I have this training that have the opportunity to retake the training, but when the results appear in LMS do not update with the second results. How do you manage the update? How I link the second attempt results to the LMS system?
I understand that you would like the second results reported to the LMS. It's up to the LMS if they'll accept another score and update it accordingly within the tracking. Have you confirmed with your LMS that this is an option or if there is a particular setting you need to use within the LMS?
