Depends on where it is. If you own the copyright, and have it physically stored someplace that you control (like a local or network drive, or in the cloud,), click Insert -> Video, and navigate to where it is.

If it is on the web someplace (and especially if you don't own the copyright), the best choice is to link to it, as a web object.

 

 

That will open it in the same window. Alternatively, you can place a hyperlink to it on your slide, but that most likely will open another browser window, or at least another tab.  Fiddle with it and see what suits you best.
