I cannot publish a video from my course. This is what it keeps saying
"An unexpected error occurred while publishing to video. If this problem persists please contact support."
When I press okay (out of the error) it states that my project was published successfully and that I can view project. When I press View Project the Articulate Storyline Error Report comes and and says that something when wrong and to fix this bug tell us what you were doing before this error happened...and it won't let me submit.

I could "publish to video" your course without a problem
it seems a problem with your installation - perhaps the same problem like

Thank you! I will try to re-install the software. Struggling and didn't even think that could be an issue but rather with the file.
