Hi Faffie, 

I'm sorry to hear that you ran into this snag! I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience: 

  • Does the font change when you publish your course to either web or Review 360
  • Are you able to replicate the behavior in SCORM Cloud
  • Does switching your font to a different one such as Arial and republishing your course help? 
  • Are all of your courses affected, or just this one file in particular? 

If you are able to replicate the reported behavior in SCORM Cloud, would you be willing to upload a copy of your course here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a look at what's happening? We'll delete it as soon as we're done testing it.

Thank you for your reply. I have had another look, before I bother you again.

It looks like I accidentally changed the player font – so I had one font for the content itself and was so confused when I saw another font on the platform. I have been able to rectify this.

Check your player first, folks. 😊
