As I am new to xAPI format, I have tested a sample xAPI package on SABA LMS. The course contains 5 questions with a result slide. Reporting option for this course is result slide with completed trigger.
When we tested the package in SABA, it showed completed upon just opening the course and exit it without answering a single question.
I want the course should be completed upon getting a passing score. I couldn't fine the issue.
One troubleshooting step that you can do is to test how your course will behave in a different LMS such as SCORM Cloud. Testing in a different LMS will help determine if the issue you're experiencing is LMS or course-related.
If the issue only happens when your course is uploaded to SABA LMS, please reach out to their support team so they can check what's happening in their system. If the issue can be replicated in SCORM Cloud, please share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can check your course and publishing settings. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
