Hi Teresa! Yeah...Jackie Van Nice creates some pretty awesome projects. Another Bingo game I really like is this one by Montse. It's free to download! 🙂 

Thanks for the reply, Sarah. I've seen Montse's bingo. It's vastly different from Jackie's and not what I'm looking for. Jackie's offers feedback and is a true quiz. 

Ah, I see Teresa! I don't recall seeing any other Bingo quiz-like examples. Hopefully, the community might have something like that to share. 🤞

She has a link to her site with more info. You can ask her if she'd let you have the file. I suspect because of its content, it's probably more complicated to modify than to build from scratch.

There are a few core element:

• question buttons with hover
• click a button shows a layer with question
• each layer has a positive/negative layer (or state changes)
• correct or incorrect changes the state of the question button
• variable tracks when a row or column reaches five to show completion

Here's a mocked up idea and tips on how to build this yourself with the file attached.
