Looking for advice...

Nov 17, 2021

Hi - My company has a printed study guide that we want to convert to digital and house on our LMS. The director doesn't want the study guide to be interactive and wants it to look a lot like the printed version. The problem is security. We don't want users to be able to right click and print or download the document from our LMS. It's currently an InDesign file. Anyone ever cross this bridge and might be able to give me some insight? Thanks in advance!

Hi FSMTB Continuing Education! Thanks for posting your question here. Have you considered using Rise 360?  You mentioned the director doesn't want the study guide to be interactive. With Rise 360, you can use just the image and text blocks to achieve a similar look and feel as the printed version, without users being able to print it.
