Does anyone have any examples or suggestions on how to make Hard Phone and Cell Phone training interactive and exciting? I have to demonstrate features like checking voicemail and other features. I am doing this on Hard Phone and a Soft Phone through teams. I don't need specific courses, just how to make the screenshots more exciting.
Here is a sample screen shot of a Storyline block used in a Rise course. The SL slide is set up with a WebObject on one side in a scrolling pane that pulls in a Microsoft form. The other side plays a "video" featuring audio from an actual support call with the transcription displayed for the video portion. Maybe this will spark some ideas for you.
