Video and how to instructions
Hi all,
I am building a (Articulate 360) video course with instructions.
It's for software and how-tos.
I know some of my learners like to read and do at the same time.
How could I make it less slide like?
I did think about split screen, but I do not want my video to be too small.
I already have an info button on my base layer which I use for hints, tips and tricks.
I would normally use Rise 360, but I'm trying to use Articulate 360 more. This course/module is 1 of 7 modules/courses, that sit under an umbrella title. I was trying to combine all together as a whole piece of training.
Thanks
Andrew

Hi Andrew, how about using the transcript on/off feature, it takes up maybe a quarter of the screen. You can do it directly in SL. Here's a link to a page that discusses it - just noticed it is in the classic player - old discussion. But I think it still holds true for the modern player.

Great suggestion, AngCM!
CroweTechology Training, here's some more info on how to automatically generate synchronized video transcripts from closed captions in Storyline 360:
I hope that helps!
