¿Why do the animations and audio keep playing on the reviews page when I go to another tab in my bowser?

Hello.

A few weeks ago it was presented in Articulate, specifically on the page where the "Review 360" reviews are generated, that if I go to another tab on my PC the slide continues to play, before this did not happen, when I went to another tab the slide was paused. slide, that is, the tab where I had the review was paused.

I appreciate if you can give me a solution so that this does not happen, because it has affected our work too much.

    Hello Educación a Distancia,

    Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. We are currently tracking a known bug in Review 360 which causes audio not to pause when a browser is minimized or switched to another tab. I've added this thread to the bug report and we'll notify you as soon as it is fixed.
