This issue was fixed before, but it appears to have returned for new Rise courses.
When searching for terms, these tags appear in Image hotspot pop ups.

Happy to look into this for you!
Here's what I see when I test the feature using a Labeled Graphic block:
I understand we might have tested the issue differently. Would you mind making a Peek 360 recording of the behavior so I can see what type of block and resulting setup causes the HTML tags to appear? I'll share our findings with our product team so they can check and fix the issue if it's a bug.

It only happens for words which can be found in the title of the pop up box.
