Error dialog heading “Invalid Answer” (incorrectly marked as <h1>).

Received an accessibility issue where the "Invalid Answer" is been tagged as H1, but it should be H2. Is there a way to change it? 

 

Also, 

The “Invalid Answer” message displayed in the dialog (triggered by clicking the “Submit” button without selecting any radio button) is wrapped inside a <header> element unnecessarily. The <header> element is intended for introductory content of a page or section, and its improper use within a dialog can create confusion in the semantic structure for assistive technologies.

 

Can anyone provide any suggestion or any solution is much appreciated.
