2021 object reference not set to an instance of an object

I got this message when I'm importing a PPT into a Storyline file: "object reference not set to an instance of an object".
Just want to know if you can finally find why is this happening?
Things I try:
PPT is in the #1 slide; Same aspect ratio 16:9 both Storyline and PPT; Try a new PPT file; Try a new Storyline file, Repair Storyline; Copy PPT slides and paste it into a new PPT document; Read all discussions related to this.
Please I know you're dealing with this issue for 8 years, did you find the reason? any solution?

Thank you for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing when importing your PowerPoint file, as well as the troubleshooting that you've done so far.
- What version of PowerPoint are you currently using?
- If on a Mac, is PowerPoint installed in the same windows environment as Storyline?
Can you share your PowerPoint file so that I can take a look? You can share it publicly here or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when troubleshooting is complete.
