360° Image viewing
Hi, everyone!
I have exciting news to share!
We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 54, we’ve included important fixes and new features.
One of the features we’ve included is:
Create immersive learning experiences with 360° images. Add interactive elements, such as hotspots and markers to engage learners as they explore.
360° images are currently in public beta for Storyline 360, which means you can use them for production as we continue to enhance them.
To take advantage of this feature, launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You'll find our step-by-step instructions here.
Please let us know if you have any questions by posting here or directly reaching out to our Support Engineers.
Thanks for this update, Maria! In the how-to guide, it says that accessibility will be added to it. Do you know when that will be available, and can you tell me in the meantime if the 360 image option is accessible at all? Thanks for your help!

Hi Cristina,
Accessibility is currently a work in progress while this feature is in public beta. Currently you can use the arrow keys to pan around the image but more aspects of accessibility will come over the next several updates! Out of curiosity, is there something specific you're looking to do or just looking for overall accessibility?

Overall accessibility, mainly. But specifically, the ability for assistive technology to recognize/interact with the 360 photo, users can tab through the image, alt text can be added, etc.
