360 interactive activity: a failure

I created a 360 experience in my OSHA course that included about 12 360 images.  Learners had to 'walk' through the dental office finding all the OSHA violations.  I've gotten a lot of feedback from learners that it didn't work because all the images came up black. anyone know why that might have happened?  Everything else in the module worked fine. Below is just the experience.

    Hi Lucinda,

    I'm sorry you are having issues with your 360 images! Are you publishing your course to an LMS? We have heard this issue exists but that it's specific to certain LMS'. 

    Try testing your course in SCORM cloud. It's an online LMS environment that can be used to figure out whether the issue is with the LMS or the Story file. If you test your course on SCORM cloud and it works perfectly, then your issue is LMS based.
