I filed ticket almost 3 hours ago and no response back. Audio would not load, then images, then dashboard quit. Seems if someone would respond to tickets this whole dashboard failure may have been...
Point is they have not responded to my ticket nor the repeated emails on the progression of the system degradation.
Rise is working again for me.
