360 review comments not visible for certain users

Hi, So here's the thing, one of my colleagues is having trouble seeing all the comments who has been made (FYI; she doesn't have an account). The strange thing is that the comments weren't visible...

I went ahead and opened a support case on your behalf so we can investigate what's going on. 

We also opened a case for you on 3/18 about a similar issue you were having with comments in Review 360. Our team sent you an e-mail, but we haven't heard from you: were you able to resolve that issue?     Hi Maria,

    Thanks for contacting me. We still having problems with comments
    disappearing but it seems it happing less more times then before. I think
    deleting browser cache or using a other browser helps but doesn't resolve
    the problem entirely. I didn't recieved any e-mails from any of you only
    e-mails about updates of the discussion i started.
