360 review comments not visible for certain users

We also opened a case for you on 3/18 about a similar issue you were having with comments in Review 360. Hi Maria,
Thanks for contacting me. We still having problems with comments
disappearing but it seems it happing less more times then before. I think
deleting browser cache or using a other browser helps but doesn't resolve
the problem entirely. I didn't recieved any e-mails from any of you only
e-mails about updates of the discussion i started.
