Access denied error
A learner is experiencing some kind of access denied error in various parts of a new course we launched a few months ago.
The actual error message she is getting within the browser is:

What type of LMS issue?
I have a client running into the same problem with one module of 14 that are all the same except for the language. The others are still working fine. We are able to run the file fine here.
