Accessibility Checker Issues
Here is the reply I received from support that resolved this issue for me.
It sounds like the new Accessibility Checker tool in Storyline 360 may have been undocked and is now hidden off-screen, which would explain why you're seeing the accessibility indicator but can't actually open or interact with the checker itself.
This can occasionally happen if the panel is moved outside the visible workspace or onto a disconnected second monitor.
To bring it back into view, try redocking all windows in Storyline:- Click on the View tab in the Storyline 360 ribbon.
- Select Redock All Windows.
This will reset the layout and should bring the Accessibility Checker back into your visible workspace.
I'm having the same issue. I've clicked on redock all windows but nothing has changed.
Hi RJBACP,
Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. I'd like to ask a few questions to clarify your experience:
- Do you have multiple monitors connected to your machine?
- If yes, does disconnecting them temporarily fix the issue? I understand that this isn't a permanent solution, but this test will help us isolate what's causing the behavior.
- Have you tried repairing your Storyline 360 installation?
If the issue persists after troubleshooting the behavior, please open a case with our support team here to connect with a support engineer for additional assistance.
