Accessibility JAWS 2023 - Repeating knowledge and test questions; focus order changes

Has there been any resolution to this? I am now using JAWS 2024 and Rise latest and it is still reading the question then "group start" and then reading the question again. What is "group start" and can it be modified by the author? or JAWS remedy you have learned about? Learners are saying Rise is not accessible.
