Accessibility of Custom Menus

Question

I'm working on building custom menus, such as a Tools Menu, Table of Contents, Accessibility Menu, and Notes, into my Storyline Master Slides. If these items use buttons with a motion path trigger, will it still be accessible? Is there anything I need to do to ensure that it is accessible?
It is a menu style similar to the one shown in Using Slide Masters to Create Custom Course Menus at timestamp 1:24.
