Adaptive Testing
I am creating an adaptive test to evaluate the mastery levels of our field technicians in multiple topics. Each adaptive test will have a single topic, but multiple levels. Each of the three levels has a question bank. The way I have it set up is the learner will answer 15 randomly drawn questions from level 1 question bank. If they pass with 80% they are automatically given 15 random questions from Level 2 question bank. If they don't pass, they will be given their results and the test is over. The same happens at Level 2. If they pass they will move on to level 3 test draw, but if they fail their test will be over and they will be given their two level scores. After the third test bank, the learner will get all three scores. Currently, these functions are working correctly. The scores are even showing up color coded (red <60%, yellow 60%-80%, green >80%). What I need is to either, get all three scores OR get the score and test name from their LOWEST score to be reported to our LMS. This would tell us what level Their test ended and what level of mastery they are at. Any ideas?

- Hi amyers, - Thanks for sharing the details and screenshots! I love the way you’ve set up your adaptive test with color-coded results. That’s a great approach for showing mastery levels. - Storyline can only send one results slide to the LMS. To work within that limitation, you can create a results of results slide, which combines scores from multiple results slides into one. That way, Storyline sends a single consolidated score to your LMS. - Some community members may also share JavaScript approaches if you want to capture and send the lowest score instead. - Please keep us posted on how it goes.
