After free trial expires

Thanks for contacting us to share your concerns. I assume you are referring to Articulate 360. Captivate is not a product owned by Articulate.

Do I need to download Articulate 360 again after my trial ends and I purchase?

Nope! The software installed on your machine is the full version of the software. Your information is tied to your Articulate ID, which is what will reflect your subscription once a purchase is made.

Any Rise 360 files created will be tied to your Articulate ID as well and anything saved locally should open right up as expected.
