Thank you so much. This definitely points me in the right direction. Do you by chance know the specific url or endpoint used by Storyline to generate the captions?

    Checking your support case, I see that my teammate John just replied to your e-mail with feedback on this request. As he shared:

    We use AWS Transcribe as the underlying service, but it is proxied through our standard Articulate API service. This means you shouldn't need to 'allowlist' any additional endpoints beyond what is already listed in our Articulate 360 Network Endpoints documentation.
