AI Text to Speech V3 Hallucinations

Hi all,

I am new to Articulate Storyline, coming from a Captivate history. If this post should be in another area, please let me know.

Playing with the various voices and options in the AI Text to Speech options, the V3 "voices" go totally off script and off the rails hallucinating words at random, many repetitions of phrases and basically completely fall off the bus. 

The voices are sound for perhaps the first 30-40 seconds, then the whole thing breaks downs with repeated phrases, new words not in script being voiced and apparantly references an AI is tossing in that appear relevant to the topic but again are not scripted.

The V2 voices appear to be sound, although the quality of the V3 voices, the "naturalness" of V3 is better than V2. 

More experienced users in my area have not had this issue, but note the scripts I am workking with are longer than the types they are using. The cofrrect duration for these scripts are probably around the 90 second range.

The audio "Josh-1-6.mp3" and the script "ClassPlan.txt" are attached as examples.

Any ideas appreciated!

      The v3 model is expressive and offers a wide emotional range. For best results, you might want to try these prompting techniques. If you’re looking for more consistent output, we suggest switching to the Multilingual v2 model for now.
