AI Voice Library on Free Trial
Hi all,
My admin has given us trial access to AI Support because we were hoping to use the Text-to-speech feature to create voice-overs.
Question: Do we need to use a paid subscription to access the Voice Library?
There's a specific voice they want, and I'm unable to find it on the list (there are 52 voices currently available and there's no Voice Library button showing up). My guess is that since we're still on trial, we do not have access to the other voice options, but I couldn't find any article to prove otherwise.

You should be able to access the voice library even while trialing Articulate's AI assistant. I checked, and your AI trial subscription is set to run until May 20, 2025, so you should have full AI access until then. As a troubleshooting step, try repairing your Storyline 360 installation to fix the problem. If the issue persists, please open a case with our support team here to connect with a support engineer for further troubleshooting.
