I understand the need to have the conversation in the support ticket, but I would love to know what the resolution is if this happens for me as well.

Happy to help! From the case, it looks like starting from the beginning and re-inserting the text to be generated did the trick for Donna.
I recommend starting fresh with adding AI-generated Text-to-Speech if you can't find one of the voices in the future. As always, we're happy to take a closer look at your future files through a support case!
